  • User profile information, catalogs, publications, or other data uploaded by users on the Lenoos platform.
  • This information is collected and processed to provide services, enhance user experience, and prevent illegal activities.

c) Technical Information

  • Device and connection details, including:
    • Internet Protocol (IP) address
    • Browser type and version
    • Device brand and model
    • Network status (Wi-Fi, mobile data, roaming)
    • Technical reports in case of errors or interruptions (e.g., RAM status, storage capacity, and event timestamps).
  • This information is used to analyze system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve service quality.

d) Public Access

  • Users may access public sections of the Lenoos website (e.g., viewing catalogs and publications) without registration. However, registration and submission of identity information are required for certain services.

3. Use of User Information

Lenoos uses collected information for the following purposes:
