  • Device and connection details, including:
    • Internet Protocol (IP) address

    • Device brand and model
    • Network status (Wi-Fi, mobile data, roaming)
    • Technical reports in case of errors or interruptions (e.g., RAM status, storage capacity, and event timestamps).

d) Public Access

  • Users may access public sections of the Lenoos website (e.g., viewing catalogs and publications) without registration. However, registration and submission of identity information are required for certain services.
