This document outlines the Terms and Conditions governing the use of Lenoos’ services and features, as well as the framework for the relationship between Lenoos and its users. By creating an account or using Lenoos’ services, you expressly agree to fully comply with these Terms. Given the importance of this document, we strongly recommend reviewing it carefully before engaging with the platform.   • User:Any individual or legal entity (e.g., companies, organizations, publications, educational institutions) using Lenoos’ services to create or view flipbooks.
  • Account:An account created by a user on www.lenoos.com to access services.
  • ServicesPackages of Lenoos’ features and service levels selected by users based on their needs.
  • Flipbook:Packages of Lenoos’ features and service levels selected by users based on their needs.
  • Digital CatalogNon-printed multimedia content for advertising and digital marketing purposes.
  • Laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran:Including the Constitution, statutes, regulations, directives, and relevant legal frameworks, such as the Computer Crimes Law (2009) and the Authors and Composers Rights Protection Law.

Article 2: Introduction to Lenoos

Lenoos (www.lenoos.com) is a user-centric platform for creating and publishing interactive digital catalogs and flipbooks. Pursuant to Article 1(b) of the Regulation on Collection and Authentication of Electronic Evidence (2014), Lenoos is recognized as a hosting service provider. The platform provides a space for users to upload, customize, edit, and publish content without Lenoos’ involvement in content creation or editing. Users are solely responsible for their content.

Article 3: General Terms of Use

1. Registration:

Users must provide an active mobile phone number to receive a verification code and create an account.

2. Acceptance of Terms:

  • Creating an account or purchasing a plan constitutes full acceptance of Lenoos’ Terms and Conditions and the Laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
  • In case of violation, Lenoos reserves the right to unilaterally terminate cooperation, and users have no right to object.

3. Identity Verification:

  • Individual Users: Must provide a national ID number matching the registered phone number.
  • Legal Entities: Must upload official documents (e.g., official gazette).

4. Accurate Information:

Users are obligated to provide accurate and truthful information. Users bear full responsibility for consequences arising from providing false information.

5. Age Restrictions:

Users under 18 must operate under parental supervision. Lenoos bears no responsibility for unsupervised activities by minors.

6. Compliance with Laws:

All activities and published content must comply with the Laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, public morals, and order.

7. Protection of Customer Information:

Customer information (e.g., name, email, phone number) must be used solely for lawful and commercial purposes. Users are liable for any misuse.

8. Content Responsibility:

Users viewing content must independently verify its accuracy. Lenoos bears no liability for the accuracy of content or damages arising therefrom.

Article 4: Lenoos Platform Policies

1. Content Publication Policies:

  • Publishing content owned by others without official permission is prohibited.
  • Publishing illegal, obscene, offensive, misleading, or content contrary to the Laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran is prohibited.
  • Publishing content that violates the rights of individuals, animals, or the environment is prohibited.

2. Content Quality:

  • Users must upload high-quality, legible content (up to 10 MB for the free plan).
  • Lenoos is not responsible for low-quality or illegible content.
  • Lenoos reserves the right to remove non-compliant content (e.g., low-quality images or copyrighted material).

3. Messaging:

  • Direct messaging between users and audiences is available. Lenoos does not monitor these messages but stores them for legal purposes.
  • Users must contact Lenoos support for any complaints.

4. Prevention of Violations:

  • In case of violations (e.g., copyright infringement, fraud, or false content), Lenoos may temporarily or permanently suspend a user’s account.
  • Violation-related information may be provided to judicial authorities upon request.

5. Fees and Services:

  • A free plan is available for new users with limited features accessible only within the account.
  • Services are offered as economic, commercial, or enterprise plans, available annually or as software subscriptions.
  • Price increases do not affect existing users until their plan expires.
  • Service upgrades are possible with payment of the difference, but downgrades are not permitted.

Article 5: Rights and Responsibilities of Lenoos

  1. Lenoos solely provides a platform for content publication and does not engage in content creation, editing, or publishing.
  2. Lenoos is not liable for damages (direct or indirect) caused by users’ actions.
  3. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of published content.
  4. Lenoos is not liable for issues with payment gateways, technical disruptions, website hacking, or damages due to force majeure, though reasonable efforts will be made to address such issues.

Article 6: Rights and Responsibilities of Users 

  1. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account information (e.g., phone number, password).
  2. Published content must comply with Lenoos’ Terms and the Laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
  3. Legal entities must provide necessary permits for publishing materials.
  4. Individual and legal users are responsible for their published content, contact information, and interactions.
  5. Transferring or selling accounts is prohibited and may lead to account suspension.
  6. Legal entities must create corporate accounts; otherwise, Lenoos may delete the account or content.

Article 7: Enforcement of Violations

  1. Lenoos reserves the right to remove non-compliant content or suspend accounts of violating users.
  2. Using malicious methods (e.g., bots or crawling) is prohibited, and Lenoos may pursue legal action.

Article 8: Dispute Resolution 

1. Disputes with Lenoos:

  • Users must cooperate with the Lenoos support team.
  • In case of disagreement, Lenoos may appoint an independent expert or refer the matter to judicial authorities.

2. Disputes Between Users:

Users must first attempt to resolve disputes amicably. Lenoos bears no responsibility but will assist where possible.

Digital Publishing Policies and Content Publication Responsibilities

1. General Regulations

  • a) Lenoos’ Privacy Policy provides a framework for the lawful collection, use, storage, and protection of users’ personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
  • b) By using the Lenoos Platform, you expressly consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information in accordance with these policies.
  • c) Lenoos may update its Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes. Users are advised to periodically review this document. Updates to the Privacy Policy will be communicated via the Lenoos website.

2. Information Collected from Users

  • a) Access to the Lenoos website for viewing catalogs and publications is available without registration. By registering with a mobile number, national ID (for individuals), or company registration documents (for legal entities), users expressly consent to the lawful storage and use of their information by Lenoos. Sensitive information, such as phone numbers, national IDs, and registration documents, is stored encrypted and not displayed on the platform.
  • b) Information uploaded by users, including catalog content, publications, and profile details, is collected and stored to provide high-quality services and prevent violations or fraud.
  • c) Technical data and server logs, including IP address, device type, model, brand, network type, browser version, and device status during interruptions (e.g., rooted status, RAM, storage, Wi-Fi/data, or roaming status), are collected and used to improve services.

3. Use of User Information

  • By registering on the Lenoos Platform, users expressly consent to the use of their personal information for the following purposes:
  • Communicating with users
  • Preventing violations, fraud, or harassment
  • User Experience Improvement
  • Conducting anonymous research and development at Lenoos’ discretion
  • Other lawful purposes in compliance with the Laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran

4. Storage and Protection of User Information

  • a) Pursuant to Article 5 of the Regulation on Collection and Authentication of Electronic Evidence, Lenoos is obligated to retain user information for at least six months after subscription termination and traffic data or content changes for at least 15 days.
  • b) Lenoos will only disclose user information to competent judicial authorities upon receipt of a court order.
  • c) Third parties collaborating with Lenoos are permitted to process and use user information only within the scope of these policies.
  • d) Lenoos undertakes reasonable efforts to protect user data but is not liable for data breaches or losses due to unforeseen events, such as internet disruptions or other circumstances beyond its control.

5. Definition of Digital Publishing and User Scope

  • a) Digital publishing includes any publication of content (text, images, videos, audio, etc.) through digital platforms, websites, or domains owned or managed by the user.
  • b) User scope refers to any website, page, or digital platform directly or indirectly owned, managed, or controlled by the user.

6. Content Publication Responsibilities

  • a) The user, as the owner or manager of a domain, bears full legal, criminal, and civil responsibility for content published on platforms under their management. This includes content produced by the user, third parties, or automated tools (e.g., bots).
  • b) Users are obligated to ensure that published content fully complies with the Laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the Computer Crimes Law (2009), the Press Law, the Authors and Composers Rights Protection Law, and other relevant regulations.
  • c) Any violation of applicable laws, including publishing illegal, offensive, or immoral content, breaching individual rights, or endangering national security, is the sole responsibility of the user. The hosting platform (absent direct involvement in content creation) bears no liability.

7. User Obligations in Digital Publishing

  • a) Users must refrain from publishing content that violates intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright), privacy rights, or ethical and religious laws.
  • b) Users must verify their identity legally and transparently during registration or domain management. Providing false or misleading information may result in legal consequences.
  • c) Upon receiving a notice from competent authorities (e.g., the Committee for Determining Criminal Content) or judicial bodies, users must immediately remove or amend the content in question.

8. Role of the Hosting Platform

  • a) The hosting platform (when providing hosting or infrastructure services) solely facilitates content publication and does not interfere with user-generated content unless required by law to monitor or remove it.
  • b) The hosting platform may restrict access to illegal content or provide user information to competent authorities pursuant to judicial or legal orders.
  • c) The hosting platform bears no responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or quality of user-published content unless legally deemed responsible.

9. Data and Information Protection

  • a) Pursuant to Article 5 of the Regulation on Collection and Authentication of Electronic Evidence, information related to published content and user traffic data is retained for at least six months.
  • b) Users consent to the storage of activity-related information (e.g., IP address, publication time, technical specifications) for legal and regulatory purposes.
  • c) The hosting platform undertakes reasonable efforts to protect user data but is not liable for breaches or losses due to unforeseen events (e.g., cyberattacks or internet disruptions) beyond its control.

10. Consequences of Violating Regulations

  • a) In case of violations of digital publishing regulations, judicial authorities may impose the following measures:
    • Filtering or blocking the user’s domain
    • Criminal or civil prosecution of the user
    • Obligation to compensate for damages caused to third parties
  • b) Users are responsible for compensating any material or immaterial damages resulting from publishing illegal content.

11. Recommendations to Users

  • a) Users must ensure that published content complies with applicable laws and guidelines of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance.
  • b) Regular review of Lenoos’ Terms and Conditions and updates is recommended.
  • c) Users must promptly cooperate with competent authorities upon receiving notices or complaints.
